AirPro Diagnostics (“AirPro”), a Rotunda Capital Partners (“Rotunda”) portfolio company and provider of remote advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) diagnostics and calibration solutions, has merged with Revv (“Revv”), an AI-powered operating system for ADAS automotive repair workflows.
The combination brings together the companies’ ADAS capabilities with plans to accelerate platform development and meet growing industry demand for an integrated hardware, software, and services solution.
ADAS is now standard on nearly every new vehicle and has become an essential part of modern vehicle repair, but the technology required to complete ADAS work remains fragmented across separate systems, tools, and providers. AirPro and Revv bring complementary capabilities to address this gap. AirPro provides diagnostics and calibration expertise, while Revv provides software and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure designed to manage the ADAS workflow, including identifying required calibrations, accessing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) procedures, documenting and validating completed work, and supporting insurer reimbursement.
Combining Revv’s proprietary knowledge graph with AirPro’s service data across millions of repair events will also provide the combined company with a more complete view of how ADAS work is identified, performed, and documented.
Revv will remain open and tool-agnostic, continuing to serve the repair industry and integrate with other tools, providers, and systems used by repair shops.

Bathla co-founded Revv in 2022 after seeing firsthand how unprepared the industry was for the growing complexity of ADAS repairs. What began as a workflow tool has grown into a platform that processes more than 1 million vehicles annually. Bathla also founded the United ADAS Collective, now part of the combined company. The professional organization for the ADAS calibration community has grown to more than 1,600 members in less than a year.
Du Toit will serve as CEO of the combined company, while Bathla will serve as president and chief innovation officer. Bathla will also join the company’s board.

Revv founders Bathla and Rashmi Sinha, Revv’s chief technology officer, will retain a meaningful ownership stake in the combined company. Sinha will serve as senior vice president of technology and product integration.
