E-Cube Targets Mobile Tire Installation Market

E-Cube, a 48-volt, lightweight tire-servicing unit, was recently launched by Netherlands-based TechnoMarketing Group and addresses the increasingly expanding mobile tire installation market.

With the ability to fit tires within the complete safety of a tire fitter’s own service vehicle, a unique battery cartridge system that slides in and out of its frame and swiftly alternates in operation from being semi-automatic to fully-automatic mode to ensure adaptability to any tire fitment requirement, the E-Cube can also professionally fit any tire from 10 inches up to 24 inches.

Other features include a pneumatic helper arm, a digital start/stop inflation system, a motorized or hand-spin fold-up balancer, a touch-screen router and PC, a pneumatic spindle, automatic insert and retractable bead press rollers, wheel rest for ergonomic positioning, a battery management system and monitoring module and more.
