Some 2016-2019 Toyota Tacoma trucks equipped with a 2GR-FKS engine may exhibit a MIL on with DTC P013A00 and/or P013C00 (O2 slow response) due to an incomplete weld around the front exhaust pipe assembly (either bank).

Inspect the front exhaust pipe for incomplete weld (exhaust leak) around the O2 sensor boss and flanges. If incomplete weld is found, replace the affected exhaust pipe and gaskets. Clear DTCs and test drive to confirm the repair.
