Infiniti Diagnostic Information Incomplete

This bulletin applies to 2016-2017 Infiniti Q50 and Q50 Hybrid, 2017 Q60, 2018-2019 Q70, 2018 Q70 Hybrid and 2017-2019 QX30 vehicles, all equipped with Telematics. Diagnostic information in the electronic service manual (ESM) may be missing for the following DTCs:

This bulletin applies to 2016-2017 Infiniti Q50 and Q50 Hybrid, 2017 Q60, 2018-2019 Q70, 2018 Q70 Hybrid and 2017-2019 QX30 vehicles, all equipped with Telematics. Diagnostic information in the electronic service manual (ESM) may be missing for the following DTCs:

B2EF0 ......Internal battery circuit volt below threshold

B130C ......TCU (telematics control unit) pairing error

If one of these DTCs is stored, follow the steps listed here along with the ESM to complete the required repairs.

DTC B2EF0

Start the engine and let it idle for 30 minutes to allow charging of the TCU internal battery.

Erase the DTC. If the DTC erases, the repair is complete. If the DTC will not erase, replace the TCU.

DTC B130C

Collect all keys and re-register them to the vehicle.

Erase the DTC. If the DTC erases, the repair is complete. If the DTC will not erase, replace the TCU.
