Rough Idle/Tough Start for Lincoln MKT

    Some 2013-2014 Lincoln MKT vehicles equipped with a 3.5L GTDI (gasoline turbocharged direct injection) engine and built on or before June 1, 2014, may exhibit a rough idle and/or DTC P0087 after a hot engine restart.

    Some 2013-2014 Lincoln MKT vehicles equipped with a 3.5L GTDI (gasoline turbocharged direct injection) engine and built on or before June 1, 2014, may exhibit a rough idle and/or DTC P0087 after a hot engine restart. Reprogram the PCM to the latest calibration using IDS release 90.03 and higher.
