Snap-on updates line of orbital sanders

April 10, 2019
Snap-on re-configured its line of orbital sanders for comfort and longevity.

The updated Snap-on sanders have a reduced vibration from the heavy-duty front spindle, a balanced crank mechanism and a soft, multi-position grip. Offered in both 3” (PSOF4325) and 6” (PSOF4625) lengths in a 3/32" finishing pattern, and in 5” (PSO4525) and 6” (PSO4625) lengths in a 3/16" pattern. Each sander’s motor is sealed with a patented O-ring and bearing shield to keep dust and debris from entering critical components. Sanders also have a multi-position regulator and Kevlar vanes to help reduce moisture and oil on the work area. The sanders come in Snap-on signature red, and the PSOF4325, PSO4625 and PSOF4625 also come in green, orange and high-visibility yellow. They have a one-year warranty and are field serviceable.
