DrivePRO allows AutologicLive Master Technicians to support customers in real time.

Developed by Autologic Diagnostics, DrivePRO provides customers with a multi-function diagnostics platform that combines Autologic’s diagnostic software with technical support from their vehicle manufacturer trained Master Technicians.

“DrivePRO delivers everything a technician needs all within one device," Andrew Betteley, Autologic CTO, says.

Betteley says he is excited to be releasing a solution which brings together valuable functionality for the technician.

“Building on Autologic’s experience of integrating vehicle diagnostics with live master technician and software support, we now bring a much broader range of manufacturer diagnostics together with Remote Assist Programming, enabling our technicians to remotely program new ECUs with the manufacturers’ own software – all on the same device," he says.

Autologic customers can expect to experience expert guidance and symptom-driven advice all from the push of a button. The intuitive DrivePRO platform allows AutologicLive Master Techs to support customers in real time, as well as enabling direct communications with software engineers capable of providing customers with real-time software updates.

DrivePRO also boasts flash programming and coding functionality, which allows users to code and program new parts directly via the onboard Autologic diagnostic software or Remote Flash Programming services via RAP.

Other features include; Windows10 platform with dual-core Intel processor, integrated SAE J2534 built with CarDAQ technology, an intuitive touch screen controls, built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, ruggedised ergonomic hand grips, impact bumpers, built-in stylus, and kickstand for ease of use.

As a bonus, a subscription to Diagnostic Network will be provided to all DrivePRO customers; a worldwide technical community for like-minded technicians to discuss and engage on a multitude of diagnostic and vehicle repair topics.
