Bobby is an executive coach at ATI, a Certified Profit First Professional, a Genos Certified Practitioner and Coach for emotional intelligence, Google My Business Certified, a former shop owner, and has been coaching since 2011. Bobby worked his way up through the automotive industry ranks in dealerships and then acquired his own shop, which he took from failing to profitable. He believes in building strong customer relations and creating strong ties to the community and has a well-rounded view of employee development, customer satisfaction, and all operations. He attributes his success to his ability to learn while teaching and having a never-give-up attitude.
