Some Toyota vehicles (2011-2013 Highlander, Sequoia and Sienna) may exhibit a condition where there is a lack of cooling from the A/C system. An A/C line retainer (piping clamp) may have become unlatched and has resulted in a refrigerant leak.
If the retainer is indeed unlatched, recover the refrigerant using an R134a recovery/recycling machine and latch or replace the retainer. Recharge the system and verify the repair.
