The fourth annual Milwaukee Tool PIPELINE event was held once more in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, at their Operations Center. This year’s motto of “Never miss new products” was easy to follow with the dozens of new products showcased around the room and spilling outside.
To kick off the event, Milwaukee had various product development team leaders speak with the crowd. The Group President of Power Tools/Equipment and Outdoor Power Equipment, Shane Moll, spoke of Milwaukee’s commitment to “exceeding the expectations of the trades” and “delivering safety, productivity, and performance.”
“But we all know that that is a race without a finish line,” Moll said, “for us to continue to earn the trust and the respect of the trades, to engage in what they do every single day — and today, is the opportunity for all of us to see that full circle — that commitment to the trades and a relentless investment in new technology and innovation.”
Milwaukee’s drive to produce tools and equipment to fulfill the needs of the trades, down to the smallest detail, was evident in the tools put out on display. From filling gaps in their tool line-up by adding click torque wrenches and expanding on sizing for sockets to creating a kit that allows technicians to choose whether ratchets have a button or paddle trigger, attendees could see how their opinions had made an impact on the tools Milwaukee is putting out into the industry.
While some of the products at PIPELINE are already available for purchase, others won’t be ready until early 2026. Let’s take a closer look at what Milwaukee has in store.
M12 FUEL Ratchet Modular Trigger Cap Kit
Launch date: January 2026
Each tech has their own preferences, and while out on jobsites researching updates for their M12 FUEL Ratchets, Milwaukee kept running into the issue of a divide between the technicians who preferred having a button trigger for their ratchets and those who preferred a paddle. To ensure everyone was happy, Milwaukee created the Ratchet Modular Trigger Cap Kit. The kit comes with five solutions — one paddle trigger cap and four button trigger caps to provide options for different hand sizes and preferences.
Click Torque Wrenches
Launch date: January 2026
The Click Torque Wrenches have been a highly requested addition to Milwaukee’s tool offerings, and now they’ll soon be released. The wrenches have high contrast, laser-etched markings so users can easily and accurately set their desired torque value. Additionally, the tool offers a strong break away feel and audible click, so even in loud environments, users know when their target torque has been reached. The Click Torque Wrench has a two-year limited warranty.
Bit Socket Expansion
Launch date: January 2026
Milwaukee’s bit sockets feature four parallel flat sides to help prevent them from rolling away. The sockets also have a one-piece design over a two-piece design, which improves durability through the elimination of the risk of the bit separating form the socket base. Other features include laser-engraved size markings, chrome plating to prevent rust and corrosion, and storage for organization.
M18 HOTSHOT Jump Starter
Available now
The M18 HOTSHOT Jump Starter uses internal capacitors to be ready to jump a vehicle in under 70 seconds. It delivers consistent performance in all weather conditions, including temperatures ranging from -4 degrees F to 122 degrees F. With 2,000 peak amps, the HOTSHOT can handle up to 8.1L gas and 3.0L diesel engines, while an M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 Battery supports up to 70 jumps per charge.
M12 FUEL Subcompact Impact Wrenches
Available now
The M12 FUEL 3/8” and 1/4” Subcompact Impact Wrenches with Friction Ring are engineered to fit in tight spaces, measuring just 4.4" long and 2" wide. At only 1.6 lbs and 1.5 lbs (respectively), the lightweight impact wrenches help to reduce fatigue during long workdays. Other features include a Tri-LED work light and 4-Mode DRIVE CONTROL with AUTO SHUT-OFF to prevent overtightening in forward mode.
