The AIRCAT 1/4” Mini Ratchet, No. 804, has a transmission gear that increases the rate of torque build-up. The single-piece alloy steel constructed handle and ratchet head eliminates loosening and misalignment of the ratchet head, motor and internal parts. The tool provides 30 ft/lbs of maximum torque and a free run-down speed of 280 rpm. Weighing 1.55 lbs, the ratchet has an ergonomic over mold grip to protect the tool and provide comfort. The rapid response variable speed trigger allows better control, and internal silencing provides quiet operation at 84 dBA.

Application

The AIRCAT 1/4” Mini Ratchet, No. 804, is designed for removal and tightening of bolts/fasteners up to 3/8”. It can be used across the vehicle, with fasteners located in sometimes hard-to-reach areas.
