Launch of parts replacement website increases the ease of serviceability of OTC equipment

OTC, a division of Service Solutions, LLC, today unveiled an advanced, full-service website providing tools and resources that will make it easy for shop owners and technicians to order and purchase OTC mechanical replacement parts directly. The launch of the new website - www.OTCparts.com - was announced at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) EXPO at the Sands Expo Center, Las Vegas.

"Our commitment to the automotive aftermarket industry is to consistently provide the best product and user experience possible and our new website is the ultimate source for customers to quickly order parts and find the service they need," said Mike Tuttle, director of services a parts.

Designed as a central hub, with streamlined navigation, the process of buying replacement parts for OTC tools and equipment is now simplified for shop owners and technicians who want to buy direct. Users can search for products ranging from hard tools, such as pullers and adapter kits, to heavy-duty and hydraulic shop equipment.

"With the range of product and service features our new site provides, we are able to strengthen the overall customer service experience and bring our standard of service excellence directly to our customers," said Phil Bowman, product manager parts and services.

The program includes:

  • Toll-free, ASE-certified tech support
  • RepairTrack online repair and service program
  • Nationwide network of 200+ field service centers
  • OEM factory depot repair
  • ToolGuard extended service contracts
