How do you handle skips? For Facebook follower Randy Thompson, his best advice is to be persistent.

For this month's "This One Time..." question, we asked you, "How do you handle skips?"

Facebook follower and Mac Tools mobile tool distributor Randy Thompson, responded with this, "Keep calling, look them up on social media, text. Be persistent. I had a guy come back and start paying again, and he doesn't even work in my route path."

"This One Time..." is a monthly series on our social media pages to share some of your most interesting stories with the automotive community.
