Mac Tools distributor and co-owner of T&K Tools out of Ackerman, Miss., Wilson Gammill, counts on removable storage shelving for convenient product display. His truck features two mobile shelving units with casters that can easily be moved on and off the truck--with inventory still fully stocked on the shelves--to allow storage on the truck for toolboxes or other large equipment when needed.
Before, Gammill says, "You had to unload your shelves, take the shelves out, then you have to put them back in when you sell the box and deliver it. You have to restock your truck."
Now, Gammill says it will be easy to fill the empty space of the toolbox: "Whenever you sell the box, roll the (shelf) back in and they're stocked and ready."
