How has the economy impacted your car maintenance habits?

The economy has not impacted how I maintain my car. I would be doing myself a disservice if I no longer took good care of my car because of the current economic conditions; poor maintenance ultimately leads to increased total cost of ownership over the life of the vehicle.

Where do you typically go for vehicle maintenance and/or repairs?

It varies. Oil changes are typically done at a local quick oil change company. Major services are done at the dealership. Other repairs depend on the type of damage.

Do you perform any maintenance on your own vehicle? If so, what?

Is a carwash considered maintenance? If not, then no — not at all.

Have you ever heard of Car Care month?

Never heard of it.
