XL Parts expands Texas footprint with San Antonio acquisition

Effective June 25, 2018, XL Parts acquired the assets of Full Service Auto Parts, including 12 locations in San Antonio and Southern Texas. With this acquisition, XL Parts now has 95 locations in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

XL Parts is a member of the National Pronto Association (“Pronto”), a leading program distribution group that focuses on marketing, technology and buying. Pronto is a founding member of the Automotive Parts Services Group.  XL Parts is majority-owned by Marubeni Automotive Aftermarket Holdings, which also majority-owns The Parts House in Florida. XL Parts plans to implement its business-to-business model with a huge inventory of original equipment and aftermarket parts for all makes and models, consistently fast delivery, and incredible customer service.
