Auto-Wares acquires Thompson Auto Supply

Auto-Wares Group of Companies announced March 8 that it will be acquiring Thompson Auto Supply of St. Charles and Batavia, Ill.

Auto-Wares Group of Companies announced March 8 that it will be acquiring Thompson Auto Supply of St. Charles and Batavia, Ill.

This acquisition includes two store locations that are owned and operated by brothers Bill, Dan and Tom Ryan. These independent stores have been in business for 41 years.

Auto-Wares Group of Companies President Todd Leimenstoll said, “We are thrilled to have the Thompson Auto Supply team join forces with Auto-Wares. Our companies share a common customer service culture and family-owned business sense. While continuing the efforts that have made Thompson Auto Supply successful, Auto-Wares will provide new resources, innovations, and opportunities to meet the demands of the marketplace.”
