LAS VEGAS – MANN+HUMMEL affirmed its leadership in the global filtration market at the MANN-FILTER vehicle filtration products by presenting a full range of advanced Purolator and MANN-FILTER vehicle filtration products at the 2015 AAPEX Show in Las Vegas.

This week, MANN+HUMMEL will showcase major initiatives to refresh the Purolator brand and reflect the company’s renewed quest for innovation and a commitment to delivering advanced solutions for rapidly changing engine and oil technologies. MANN+HUMMEL introduced an array of new Purolator products for retail – led by PurolatorBOSS, a ground-breaking new oil filter that provides maximum engine protection – as well as an exclusive, industry-first packaging design; bold, modern branding; and a renewed promise: “Nothing Gets By Us.”

At AAPEX, MANN+HUMMEL also unveiled a wide array of MANN-FILTER products, including the new MANN-FILTER FreciousPlus line of advanced cabin air filters with innovative technologies that trap and bind allergens, preventing the growth of bacteria, molds and fungi.

“Led by the continued vitality of our sales in the U.S. and North America, the global filtration market is expected to grow at an average rate above 6 percent through 2023,” said Manfred Wolf, president and general manager of MANN+HUMMEL’s automotive and industrial business units. “Our continued filtration leadership will be fueled by nurturing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement here in North America, reflected by our ongoing investments in world-class manufacturing operations, advanced engineering capabilities, and our North Carolina Innovation Center.”

Based in Ludwigsburg, Germany, MANN+HUMMEL announced sales of 2.8 billion euros in 2014, an increase of 120 million euros – or 4.5 percent in nominal terms – on the previous year (2013: 2.68 billion euros).

The Freedonia Group, an independent U.S.-based market research institute, once again recognized MANN+HUMMEL as the leader in the global market for filtration applications, which generates more than 45 billion euros annually.

MANN+HUMMEL will showcase the company’s full lineup of innovative products and promotional programs under the Purolator and MANN-FILTER brands in booth 1433 at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo this week. For more information, visit www.mann-hummel.com.
