Centric Parts hires Cynthia Windle as VP of FP&A

Centric Parts hired Cynthia Windle to fill the newly created position of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). She will report directly to thecompany CFO Estelle Cohen.

Centric Parts, a leading manufacturer and supplier of aftermarket brake and chassis components for import and domestic cars and trucks, announced the hiring of Cynthia Windle to fill the newly created position of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). She will report directly to the company’s CFO, Estelle Cohen.

“We are very excited to have Cynthia joining our team,” said Cohen. “Cynthia brings with her over a decade of experience in the FP&A field, which will benefit our company immediately. We know that she will make an immediate and invaluable impact on our financial department as well as benefiting our entire company as a whole as we continue to grow and expand our operations.”

Windle comes to Centric Parts with more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, most recently serving as Executive Director, Internal Audit at International Rectifier Corporation (IRF). Having earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) and Professional Program in Accounting (PPA) degrees from The University of Texas at Austin, Windle also earned her Certified Public Accountant certification in Texas before moving to California to join Deloitte Tax LLP as a Tax Consultant. She then moved on to Genius Products (GNPR) where she worked as Sr. Financial Analyst, Strategic Planning. In 2009, she accepted a similar position at IRF, eventually moving up from Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A and since 2013 has acted as Executive Director, Internal Audit.
