CARDONE Industries said that Michael Cardone III and Christin Cardone McClave have assumed new positions to help lead the business and drive future growth.

Michael Cardone III is now Executive Vice Chairman, reporting directly to the Executive Chairman. In this role, he will be responsible for Strategic Corporate Development. Cardone began his career with the company in 1998, serving most recently as President since 2010.

Christin Cardone McClave, who currently sits on the company’s board of directors and chairs the board’s Nominating and Governance Committee, has accepted a full-time internal role as Chief People Officer, reporting to the CEO. In this role, McClave will be responsible for Culture and People Strategy, Talent and Leadership Development, and Corporate and Internal Communications.

McClave’s professional career began at Johnson & Johnson, where she held several leadership positions. In 2009, she founded Unifi Coaching to help organizations with leadership development, organizational strategy, and board/family governance.

"I am so pleased and incredibly proud to have my children step up and carry the CARDONE torch beyond me,” said Michael Cardone Jr. “They already have a solid working relationship with our company leadership and will add value as CARDONE transforms its business into the future.”

CARDONE Industries, founded in 1970, is a leading supplier of automotive replacement parts with 6,000 employees across the U.S, Canada and Mexico.
