Brembo makes three introductions at Automechanika Frankfurt

Sept. 19, 2014
At Automechanika 2014, Brembo introduced several new products for the European marketplace, as well as several recent developments in the U.S. aftermarket.

At Automechanika 2014, Brembo, a leader in the design, development and production of original equipment, racing, aftermarket and high performance brake systems and components for the worldwide automotive and motorcycle industry, introduced several new products for the European marketplace, as well as several recent developments in the U.S. aftermarket, including the introduction of the first Porsche and Supercar applications in the OE replacement range, an increase in the range of UV-coated discs and Brembo’s web catalog being honored for excellence.

Brembo introduced 22 Porsche applications in the OE replacement catalog, the first ever by Brembo. These applications cover virtually the entire range of modern Porsches including Porsche 911 (1969-83 and 1994-2012), 912 (1976), 924 (1987-88), 944 (1984-89), Boxster (1997-2013), Cayman (2006-12) and Cayenne (2003-12).

Equally important is the introduction of Supercar applications that will cover models like Aston Martin DB9 and Vanquish, Audi RS4, Cadillac CTS-V, Lamborghini Murcielago, Maserati Quattroporte GTS, Mercedes C63 AMG, Mistubishi Evo X, Nissan GT-R, and Subaru Impreza STI.

Brembo’s UV-coated discs were introduced in 2013 at the SEMA Show and the range was increased during 2014 to cover virtually all of the key product part numbers consumers demand.

Earlier this year Brembo earned the President’s Award from the National Catalog Managers Association (NCMA) for Electronic Data Excellence. The President’s Award recognized Brembo North America as the best-in-class for electronic management and distribution practices in electronic catalog and product information for 2013-2014. You can find the catalog at www.bremboparts.com.
