IDUSA invests in voice automation with Mountain Leverage

International Distributors USA Inc. (IDUSA), a global supply network of automotive replacement parts, invested in Mountain Leverage voice technology for picking and replenishment in its distribution of automotive parts.

International Distributors USA Inc. (IDUSA), a global supply network of automotive replacement parts, has invested in Mountain Leverage voice technology. The customized Honeywell solution will be used for picking and replenishment in its distribution to optimize workflows, increase order accuracy and support growth.

“We are committed to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction,” says Anan E. Bishara IDUSA’s CEO. “This is a state-of-the-art system that allows us to achieve our goal of a 24 hour turn-around time of customers’ orders with 99%+ accuracy, In May of 2014, IDUSA completed the transfer to its new DC in Olive Branch, MS and opened an additional DC in Carson, Calif.

“IDUSA will kick off the voice implementation in their Olive Branch distribution center this August, and we are happy to play a vital role in their commitment to their customers,” says Alex Reneman, President of Mountain Leverage LLC. “Not only are we confident that voice will provide a significant uptick in productivity, but it is a much more accurate method of picking. With the rapid growth they have experienced in 2014 and again in 2015, the timing is perfect for this technology investment for their customers and business.”

IDUSA chose Mountain Leverage for this fulfillment center automation project based on its proven track record of delivering results on hundreds of integrations around the world. IDUSA selected Honeywell’s Vocollect Talkman A730 Solution and the ergonomic SRX2 Wireless Headset, along with Vocollect VoiceCatalyst software.
