Q: What do you get when you merge the leading independent wholesale distributor of automotive tools and equipment with the premier name in the body shop industry?
A: An automotive aftermarket powerhouse.
Greater product choice
ISN and National Oak Distributors (NOD) each bring decades of experience, trusted relationships, and strong reputations within their respective markets. Now combined, we offer a dramatically expanded product catalog, spanning everything from maintenance and mechanical tools to collision repair and refinishing.
With nearly 60,000 SKUs across ten primary product categories, mobile tool dealers can now become a true one-stop resource for their customers. Our U.S. portfolio of national and owned brands includes the following categories: heating and cooling, electric and cordless tools, hand tools, shop tools and equipment, vehicle lifting and alignment, electronics and diagnostics, wheel and tire service, portable battery, and now paint and body equipment.
This partnership means more ways to serve your repair and collision shop clients, with confidence that your truck is stocked with the tools and equipment technicians demand.
And that's just one benefit of the merger.
Expanded reach
With nearly 30 distribution centers strategically located across the U.S., we now cover 95 percent of the country with next-day delivery. That means faster turnaround, improved truck stocking, and fewer disruptions for your customers. One order, one shipment — no hassles, just streamlined service from a single, trusted source.
Enhanced sales support
ISN’s sales team has always been known for its expertise, accessibility, and customer focus, and ISN is the market leader in the mobile tool truck dealer sector. As we integrate operations, we’re expanding that knowledge base through cross-training, equipping our reps to better support your business. You’ll get broader product insights and smarter recommendations from people who understand the mobile dealer model — and how to help you grow.
A shared culture of excellence
At the heart of this merger is a shared commitment to customer success, operational simplicity, and values that drive long-term relationships. National Oak’s 30-year history is rooted in integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect, and excellence. ISN, celebrating 40 years in business and 25 years of hosting the industry-leading Tool Dealer Expo, shares these values and continues to lead with purpose.
The road ahead
Geoffrey Peckham, NOD founder and now CEO and Chairman of the merged company, is optimistic:
“This merger lays the groundwork for so many new opportunities—and mobile tool dealers stand to benefit in a big way. We truly are your go-to partner when it comes to creating a mobile tool truck that stocks everything your customers need and want. We know the importance of a smart, well-curated product mix. And we’re here to help you meet your customers’ needs today and stay ahead of tomorrow’s trends.”

National Oak Distributors — A legacy of vision and growth
National Oak’s story began in 1995, when Geoffrey Peckham acquired a single Florida warehouse and founded National PBE. His vision was simple but ambitious: to build a coast-to-coast distribution network offering best-in-class service and rapid delivery.
Success came through strategic growth and shared values. Early in his journey, Geoff connected with the team behind Oak Distributors, then the largest wholesale PBE distributor in the country. The two companies merged under a new name: National Oak Distributors.
Over the past two decades, National Oak has delivered on its mission. Today, it boasts a powerful national footprint, a vast product offering, and a customer-first approach that continues to earn trust across the industry.
Integrated Supply Network — From family roots to global reach
In 1985, the Weber Family purchased Wholesale Tools Supply and began serving the automotive aftermarket tool and equipment industry. By 1997, Wholesale Tools Supply, Tools & Equipment of Baltimore, and Western Tool merged to become the Integrated Supply Network. The company issued its first Tool Book and never looked back. In 2000, they held the first Tool Dealer Expo, which has since grown to be the largest tool and equipment show in the United States.
From 2012 – 2019, ISN grew through acquisitions, including international companies that eventually became ISN Canada and ISN Europe and acquired both the K-Tool and Atlas Brands, all in keeping with its vision to be the most valued partner in the automotive aftermarket tools and equipment industry. In 2025, ISN marks its 40th year in business and celebrates 25 years of hosting the automotive industry’s most exciting and entertaining event of the year — Tool Dealer Expo.
ISN’s mission, passion, and reputation of consistently delivering high-quality tools, equipment, and solutions to our customers eventually led to the opportunity to merge with National Oak — putting the right tools in the right hands, at the right time
