The Pro Shear Socket 2-1/8", No. 31610, from Lisle Corporation is used to remove and install the hub nut on 2021 and newer Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra with 11-1/2" or 12" single rear wheel axle hubs. It may work on other vehicles with 2-1/8" I.D. axle nut/O.D. spindle. Full-floating hubs are held on with a circular nut that is engaged by the 4 pin socket for removal and installation. The 1/2" drive socket is hardened for durability with a black oxide finish. Not for impact use.
