The GEDORE Stationary Spring Compressor, No. KL-5501-C, is able to handle right or left rising springs, conical springs, eccentric springs, springs with a low number of coils, springs with a high or varying spring pitch, struts with pulling shocks, as well as struts with electronic control and sensors. The KL-5501-C is a portable, safe, one-man operation tool that is designed to tension even the strongest springs and provides damage-free holding over the damper tube. Additionally, the product offers an optimised clamping unit for even more efficient clamping, greater clearance for modern and electrically controlled shock absorber designs, an adapted bracket with a toggle for faster alignment of the shock absorber, and a rubber pad for non-slip support of the shock absorber.
