    The Pacific Automotive Industries Hydraulic Ball Joint Popper is designed to dismount ball joints and tie rods quickly without damaging any suspension components, including aluminum suspension systems. European designed and precision engineered, the tool uses 4.5 tons of force to dismount conic bolts on passenger cars and light trucks. The tool steel is made from proprietary alloys forged in Finland. Its hydraulic cylinder is made with an adaptive inner sleeve fitted with specialized seals that maintain their elasticity for thousands of cycles, the company says. The tool is powered by a 10,000 ft-lb air/hydraulic foot pump.
