The Jet Upgraded Square Wheel Grinders, Nos. 577400 and 577405, are a belt grinder that uses a flat platen and idler wheels at each end to achieve a long, flat grinding surface. This design permits grinding on the front wheel to the work and not crowned. With the introduction of the EVS model it allows users to use a variety of speeds from 2,000 up to 6,200 sfpm. The units will grind, deburr, and chamfer with equal proficiency both internal/external on parts, large and small. A dust port has been added that will allow the grinders to be hooked up to any of the Jet Dust Collectors.
