Ranger Touchless RimGuard RX3040 Tire Changer

BendPak/Ranger's Ranger Touchless RimGuard RX3040 Tire Changer features include an integrated wheel lift, pneumatic drop center tool, precision foot-pedal controls, Quick-Nut wheel mounting and Turbo-Blast bead seat and inflation system. In place of a duckhead or vertical mounting/demounting head, the changer has a specialized tool head pulling- and mounting-tip that manipulates the tire from a horizontal angle without touching the wheel. This arm performs precision automatic location tasks up to 1/8-inch from the wheel's edge. A built-in infrared camera located beneath the turntable provides a view of underside operations on an eye-level LCD monitor. Bead-breaking is done with a pair of twin bead breaker rollers that clamp symmetrically on tire's top and bottom for controlled penetration, while the RimGuard technology protects delicate alloy wheels.
