Backsaver lift tables

According to Southworth Products, their Backsaver lift tables are available in more than a million different configurations. Designed to improve productivity and safety, these lifts come with:

• Capacities of 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 4,000 or 6,000 lbs., as well as increased capacities as requested.
• Lifting heights up to 56" high, although extra height is also available.
• Tabletops that feature exclusive Comfort Edge technology to eliminate sharp corners and improve visibility.
• Platform sizes ranging from 24" x 36" up to 72" x 96".
• Adjustable down speed.
• Contoured legs to provide extra width at the pivot point, combining greater strength with lower collapsed height.
• Lubrication for life on all pins, rollers, shafts and bushings.
• Heavy-duty torque tubes to minimize twisting and deflection for greater rigidity.
• Oversized, low-pressure hydraulic cylinders to extend the life of hydraulic components, while heavy-duty, wire-braided hoses offer burst strength 400 percent greater than the hydraulic operating pressure.
• Full-width axles and full-length roller retainers to increase stability, even with off-center loads.
• Clear plastic hydraulic return lines for visual indication of when cylinders need repacking.
• Built-in safety shocks to prevent accidental lowering during maintenance.
