NADA recognizes that medium and heavy duty truck dealers have specific needs and encounter unique issues that are not always addressed by NADA programs and publications. Therefore, in 1970, the American Truck Dealers (ATD) division of NADA was established to provide programs and services to this highly specialized segment of its membership.
