H&H Wholesale Parts, an APA shareholder, is celebrating 40 years of independent growth and service to the aftermarket. Founded in 1986, the family-run fleet parts distributor serves customers throughout Southern California, providing parts and solutions for independent repair centers, private and government fleets, and heavy-duty applications. H&H operates locations in Arleta, Bakersfield, Lancaster, and Pomona, California.
“H&H Wholesale Parts represents exactly what makes the independent aftermarket so strong,” said Steve Tucker, President of APA/TruStar. “For 40 years, the Holmquist family and H&H team have built a successful business by focusing on customers, employees, and industry relationships. We are proud to have H&H in the APA/TruStar family and congratulate them on this milestone.”
H&H became an APA shareholder in 2010, beginning a relationship that has continued for more than 15 years. Owner Jim Holmquist currently serves as chairman of the Board of Directors after previous roles as secretary and vice chairman. His service reflects H&H’s commitment to the independent aftermarket and APA/TruStar’s shareholders and members.
To mark four decades in business, H&H celebrated “40 Years of Independence” on August 29th, 2026, at the USS Midway Museum in San Diego. The event brought together customers, suppliers, industry partners, and team members to recognize the company’s history and future.
“H&H Wholesale Parts has spent 40 years building relationships and finding ways to better serve our customers,” said Holmquist. “We are proud of where we have come from and excited about where we are going. Our success reflects the people of H&H and the customers, suppliers, and industry partners who have supported us.”
APA/TruStar congratulates H&H Wholesale Parts on 40 years of success and looks forward to continuing its partnership with the H&H team. For more information on H&H, visit their website at https://hhparts.com.
