The center is operated by Marathon Health, which operates onsite health centers nationwide, with a focus on helping people become more active in their own health and health care. Three staff members will operate the center throughout the week.
“Our decision to implement an onsite health solution reflects our desire to improve employee access to primary and preventive care, and to shift focus from sick care to preventive care,” said Bill Musick, Baldwin Vice President of Human Resources.
Center hours are designed to allow Baldwin employees from all shifts to utilize its services.
“It’s important that everyone feels that this health care option is convenient for them,” Musick said. “We hope to continue fostering a commitment to health on both a corporate and personal level.
