Geiersbach will be responsible for all corporate governance and securities law for Advance and has assumed responsibility for employment law and other claims oversight.  Geiersbach will report to Sarah Powell, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and will continue to be based in Roanoke, Va.

Geiersbach, joined Advance in 2005 as a Senior Attorney and was promoted to her current role, Director, Securities Law and Corporate Governance, in March 2010.  Prior to joining Advance, she served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of CSX Corporation after having worked in various legal and corporate governance roles during her tenure with CSX.
