Valeo Service USA, Valeo's aftermarket division, has launched a technical support web chat feature on its www.valeoserviceusa.com website. Site visitors now have access to the company’s technical support specialists, who are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST) to answer technical questions from all aftermarket customer levels.

The chat function will focus on primarily answering questions and concerns related to installation, warranty, product specifications, cataloging and new products. This includes Valeo Service’s wiper blades, clutch kits, rotating electrical, engine cooling, A/C compressors and lighting product lines.
