Steve is well-rounded in all aspects of successful profit operations, employee development, and customer service and attributes his professional success to taking care of the customer while maximizing opportunity, as well as being able to train, motivate, measure, and reward his employees. He prioritizes building relationships and trust with shop owners and serves as an ear and adviser in guiding them through their growth and success.
