This is simply an FYI regarding 2019 and later Chevy Impala vehicles built at the Oshawa assembly plant after Feb. 1, 2019, and the Detroit-Hamtramck plant after Feb. 2, 2019.

The Impala is no longer equipped with a battery cover. So if a customer thinks this is missing, inform them that GM did not install the cover at the factory, so there’s no need to order one.
