This bulletin applies to 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 trucks built on or before May 1, 2013, that have an issue with slow or no response cruise control operation.

A customer may experience no response or slow response to cruise control switch activations. Issues will be experienced when the switches are pressed in a very fast manner.

1. Reprogram the SCCM with the latest software. Using the wiTECH diagnostic application for flashing an SCCM is available by selecting “help” then “help contents” at the top of the weTECH application window.

2. Clear any DTCs that may have set in other modules.
