Nissan remote start causing DTC

This bulletin applies to 2002 and later Nissan vehicles, where the MIL is on and DTC P0128 (thermostat function) is stored, and a remote start system has been installed.

A remote starter system may cause the MIL to illuminate and DTC P0128 to store.

If a remote starter system has been installed, remove/disconnect this system before performing diagnostic procedures.
