In the event that a Volkswagen TDI arrives at your shop with the intake manifold coked with carbon, be sure to check the start of injection (01-Engine Electronics-Basic Settings-Group 000).

In the event that a Volkswagen TDI arrives at your shop with the intake manifold coked with carbon, be sure to check the start of injection (01-Engine Electronics-Basic Settings-Group 000).

Also check the belt timing and the MAF sensor. If a problem is found in these areas, it could contribute to the coking.
