Dart software glitch

  This TSB applies to 2013 Dodge Dart vehicles built before July 24, 2012 (MDH 0724XX). The body control module (BCM) on Dart models has a condition where diagnostic trouble code B2204 (ECU Configuration Mismatch) is set. A quick ignition cycle or rapid back-to-back ignition cycles may induce this DTC.

This TSB applies to 2013 Dodge Dart vehicles built before July 24, 2012 (MDH 0724XX). A quick ignition cycle or rapid back-to-back ignition cycles may induce this DTC.

Part replacement will not correct this problem. Do not replace any parts.

This condition will not cause any customer concerns. Clear the DTCs and return the vehicle to the customer. A software update for the BCM is being developed to address this condition.
