Oops, Forgot That

This bulletin applies to 2011 Chrysler Caravan/Town & Country vehicles equipped with a 3.6L V6 engine, built after Nov. 22, 2010, and prior to May 3, 2011.

A popping sound may be noticed from the front end when the transmission is shifted out of Park.

Raise the vehicle on a hoist and torque the front engine mount through-bolt to 37 ft.-lbs. (50 Nm). An under-tightened bolt may be the cause of the concern.
