Bad vibrations: Noisy Mazda5 center ventilator grilles

Some Mazda5 vehicles may exhibit a vibration noise from one or both of the center ventilator grilles when a “maximum amount” of air is blowing through them. This is caused by a vibrating grille fin or seal rubber on the flap. To repair the problem, the ventilator grille is replaced with a modified version.
