Can’t pop the top on Eclipse

If a malfunction of the convertible top position switch is found on 2007 and later Mitsubishi Eclipse vehicles with DTC B1304, the top position switch is located at the driver’s side rotary actuator.

The “up” and “down” switches are attached to a common bracket and are not available separately. If you determine that switch replacement is needed, and are having trouble finding it in ASA CAPS, order part number 6559A045 “Bracket, Folding Top RR.”
