Nissan Nav nixed

The navigation system in some 2010-2013 Nissan vehicles will not work after the SD map card is installed.

This applies to the following models:

-          2013 Altima sedan

-          2011-2013 Cube

-          2011-2013 Juke

-          2012-2013 NV

-          2011-2013 Rogue

-          2010-2012 Sentra (B16)

-          2013 Sentra (B17)

-          2013 Titan

-          2010-2013 Versa hatchback

-          2012-2013 Versa sedan

The navigation (NAVI) SD Map Data card are not interchangeable between the two versions of NAVI units offered in Nissan vehicles that use this type of map data. If the wrong SD Map data card is used, the NAVI will display an update screen (figures 1 and 2 as examples) and will only accept Cancel. If this screen is displayed, install the correct SD Map card found in “Table A” and the NAVI unit will return to correct operation.
