This bulletin applies to 2013 Dodge Dart vehicles built after April 22, 2012, and before June 23, 2012. A clunking or crunching noise may be evident at the right rear spring.
Raise the vehicle on a hoist and inspect the rear coil springs. If the right rear spring is not located properly (unseated), remove and replace the spring.
Apparently the incorrect spring may have been installed at the factory.
