ASE unveils officers its Board of Directors for 2016
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) announced the officers for its Board of Directors for 2016, and elected new additions to its Board of Governors. The new Chair is Mike Durkin, General Director, Retail Dealer Channel, GM Customer Care & Aftersales for General Motors, Grand Blanc, MI. Jeff Walker, Owner, Walker’s Automotive Service in Pleasantville, NJ, is Vice-Chair; Ted Hayes, Owner, Hayes Automotive in Lawrenceville, GA, is Treasurer; and Tom Trisdale, Corporate Manager, Customer Quality Services, Toyota Motor Sales USA in Torrance, CA, is Secretary. Greg Gaulin, Owner, Gaulin's of Williamsville Auto Care, Williamsville, NY, serves as Past Chair.
Joining the ASE Board of Governors for 2016 are Rafael Garcia, Owner, Hill Country European Autoworks in Austin, TX; Mark Miller, Director, Dealer Service & Warranty Operations for General Motors, Warren, MI; and Kevin Prettner, Senior Manager of National Service Marketing & Operations, Honda, Torrance, CA.
