The Automotive Service Association-Midwest offers a training session for diagnostic strategies based on wiring diagrams. The event is slated for Tuesday, April 14 at Coffey Automotive in Saint Charles, Mo.

Dinner and training will take place from 6:30 PM-8:30 PM. The cost to attend is $25 for ASA-Midwest members and $30 for non-members.

The training session, which will be presented by Kevin Leiby of Leiby Automotive Training, will allow attendees to develop their own strategic diagnostic routines to test circuits, components and control modules based on fully understanding wiring diagrams and circuit operation. In addition, they will learn to utilize non-intrusive test procedures as to not disturb connections that could in fact be the problem with the circuit.
