MACS and MACS member RED DOT joined forces for a top shelf, high-value factory centered training event for the heavy duty and off-road vehicle mobile A/C technician on Sept. 20. Acclaimed heavy duty A/C trainer, Blake Gordon of Polar Mobility presented a training session focused on the idiosyncrasies of servicing A/C systems in heavy duty and off-road vehicles at RED DOT’s Seattle headquarters.
A capacity crowd of 40 people shared technical education, a tour of RED DOT’s facilities and networking time. This event was the first in a series of heavy duty truck and off-road mobile climate and thermal management seminars MACS plans to hold through 2015 in conjunction with MACS members specializing in mobile A/C heavy duty and off-road vehicles.
“MACS is very grateful to RED DOT for their support of the MACS mobile A/C training program and for graciously opening their facility for this clinic. We are pleased so many people were able to attend and participate in this valuable event,” remarked Elvis L. Hoffpauir, MACS president and chief operating officer.
