Massachusetts fines two technicians $116,000 for auto emissions fraud

Bill and Michael Daly of Wrentham auto service station Bill’s Automotive Center Inc. in Wrentham, Mass. will be paying up to $116,000 for what's known as clean scanning, according to the Boston Business Journal in Boston, Mass. Read the story.
