Q: How has using this tool impacted your shop's profitability?

A: Using the Auggie has greatly helped to reduce the need for "return" jobs. When I rely on the Auggie, I find that the calibration typically holds up well, with little to no need for rework. In comparison, other tools I've used in the past have occasionally raised concerns about the calibration's long-term reliability, making the Auggie a more consistent and trusted solution.

Q: How easy was it to use?

A: Once proper training and explanation are received, it is extremely user-friendly and simple to set up.

Q: How was its packaging? Did it come with any accessories?

A: It came with all the accessories I would ever need to use, from charging cables to Roku markets and everything in between.

Q: What features did you like?

A: I have complete confidence in the expertise of the technicians involved in the calibration process. Their extensive knowledge of the specific brand being worked on ensures that I have never experienced an unsuccessful calibration. To date, I have maintained a 100 percent pass rate with the Auggie. While there have been instances where additional technician support was necessary, and the process required a few extra hours, the collaboration has always led to a successful outcome. It's truly a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated and skilled team.

Q: Is there any way you could think to improve or add to this tool?

A: One potential area for improvement could be reducing the size and weight of the Auggie. However, this is not a significant issue for me, as I can comfortably handle and operate the device with minimal difficulty, despite being 5' tall. My physical strength is more than adequate for managing the Auggie as it currently is.

Q: What types of jobs/repairs did you use this tool for?

A: My role primarily involves performing calibrations on vehicles before and after windshield replacements. One of the highlights of my experience with the Auggie system was successfully calibrating a 2025 Ram ProMaster 2500 with the support of the technicians. It was a rewarding experience that demonstrated the reliability of the system and the importance of working together to achieve precise calibrations.

Q: How does this tool compare to other tools you've used like it?

A: While I have not worked with previous versions of this tool, I have a strong background in using other devices and tools for vehicle calibrations. Although it took a bit of time to become fully familiar with the system, I have to say that the support from AirPro has been outstanding. Their assistance from the start made the learning curve much more manageable, and I truly appreciate the guidance provided throughout the process.

Q: Is there anything you had questions or concerns about regarding the tool?

A: Any questions or concerns I have encountered, particularly those related to specific vehicle models, have been addressed with great care and clarity. The technicians have taken the time to provide comprehensive explanations, ensuring that I fully understand the underlying principles and the reasons behind the way the system functions. This level of support has been instrumental in enhancing my confidence and understanding of the calibration process.

Q: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate this tool overall?

A: I would definitely rate it a 10 out of 10. The technicians' expertise and the incredible support they offer have been invaluable. Their knowledge and willingness to assist have made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they've provided throughout the process. It's hard to find that kind of support, and it has made all the difference in ensuring success.
